With 8 years as a data analyst in customer research and insights, I made the leap into the world of HR 4 years ago — and it’s been an exciting journey ever since! I’ve had the privilege of using my experience and skills to drive the people analytics agenda at AS Watson. Four years in, I’m proud of what we’ve achieved and transformed, and I’m excited to continue accelerating the people analytics agenda through various data solutions and initiatives.

Navigating through roles as a Cost Accountant, Controller, and Finance Manager, Bridget has cultivated a reservoir of knowledge and experience. At SplashBI, she specializes in GL Connect, SplashBI, and Financial Analytics, driving training, demos, and implementations with precision and authority. Armed with 30 years of mastery in Excel for comprehensive costing, analysis, and reporting, Bridget is committed to delivering excellence, ensuring organizations achieve unparalleled efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in their financial operations.

Gus Caravalho is a California native living in Washington DC. He has worked in local government financial and performance management for more than a decade and is the creator of many, many Excel spreadsheets, as well as Arlington County’s modern data platform, Arlington View.

As a seasoned business and data analyst, I have helped organizations identifying issues in talent management, talent acquisition, diversity, and turnover; created a remediation plan, to set a positive and clear vision for the future.

My versatile contributions encompass application evaluation, meticulous process flow reviews, and the precise definition of requirements. In his role as a seasoned Techno-Functional Lead, he mentors colleagues, adeptly handle critical issues, customize transaction flows, and develop custom applications. His proficiency extends to implementing and fine-tuning workflow processes, resolving post-production challenges, including priority 1 issues, and possess an extensive command of reporting tools such as Reports, BI Publisher, Discoverer, Noetix Views, and Data Mart.
