Naveen Miglani, Co-Founder and CEO of SplashBI, has over 30 years of experience in IT, business development, and corporate strategy. He has led SplashBI to become a global leader in analytics, offering pre-built solutions for People Analytics, Sales Analytics, and Oracle Reporting. With a focus on helping organizations make data-driven decisions, Naveen is dedicated to empowering businesses with innovative analytics platforms that drive long-term growth and success. His goal is to empower businesses with insightful analytics across diverse technology environments.

Kiran is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Architect of SplashBI. With over 20 years of industry experience, Kiran has been instrumental in the design, management, and implementation of SplashBI core technologies and business practices. Kiran currently oversees the development, global delivery, and support departments of the company.

Prior to joining SplashBI, Kiran held the position of Senior Principal at Oracle Corporation and led numerous Oracle Application implementations. He designed and developed many advanced technical solutions, one of which rewarded him with the Innovator of the Year 2000 Award from Oracle.

Kiran holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Osmania University in India and a master’s degree in computer science from Florida Atlantic University.

Saritha Jampala is a Director of Product Support at SplashBI. She currently oversees global support operations of the company. With over 20 years of experience in Oracle ERP Systems, she is able to design and develop solutions to meet client's business needs. With her vast experience, she has been instrumental in ensuring customer success and adoption of various SplashBI Solutions.

Bridget Roy serves as a Finance Solutions Manager at SplashBI, leveraging over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Navigating through roles as a Cost Accountant, Controller, and Finance Manager, Bridget has cultivated a reservoir of knowledge and experience. At SplashBI, she specializes in GL Connect, SplashBI, and Financial Analytics, driving training, demos, and implementations with precision and authority. Armed with 30 years of mastery in Excel for comprehensive costing, analysis, and reporting, Bridget is committed to delivering excellence, ensuring organizations achieve unparalleled efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in their financial operations.

With over 18 years of experience in data engineering and dashboard design, Balaji specializes in delivering robust and innovative business intelligence solutions. His expertise lies in using tools like SplashBI and Tableau to transform complex data into actionable insights through intuitive, interactive dashboards. Throughout his career, he has developed and optimized data pipelines, managed large-scale infrastructures across HR, finance, and CRM solutions, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. His deep understanding of data architecture and visualization has empowered organizations to fully harness their data’s potential, resulting in improved performance and strategic growth.

Soujanya Keathireddy is the Principal Product Manager & Product Owner of the SplashBI Core Platform, with 19 years of experience in the Reporting & Analytics industry. She has been instrumental in driving research and guiding strategic product enhancements, ensuring the platform's continued growth and success.

Tiffany has a background in Finance and Accounting that spans 2 decades. She used financial software that helped her with reporting, and was always excited to show others how they could use software to improve their close periods as well. She started working in the financial software industry and has worked in this space for over a decade. She is passionate about helping other finance and accounting folks learn how to automate their month end tasks!

Rob has over 35 years experience with Oracle products as a DBA, application and interface development, data conversion and translation, data warehouse and Oracle EBS implementations and exposure to multiple modules.  

He has 12 years of experience with EiS/SplashBI products, both as a client and SplashBI employee.  As a client he did custom report and dashboard development using data from EBS and several other systems

Kenny Marshall is the Enterprise Systems Manager with City of Tampa, FL.  His team’s portfolio includes support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud application suite across the ERP, SCM and HCM pillars.  During his 25-year tenure at the City, he has held many roles in the IT space, supporting migration from mainframe-based solutions to a hybrid cloud model for Oracle EBS shared with 2 other government agencies and most recently to a full SaaS model implementation of Oracle Fusion.

Renu Gajjar is a Senior Applications Programmer with the city of Tampa, Florida. She has also worked in IT roles at the Florida Mental Health Institute, Hillsborough County Clerk and Comptroller and before that was an Organic Chemist working at the Hillsborough County Public Utilities Department. As a developer, she has created many BI Publisher, OBIEE, SplashBI and Crystal reports in Oracle ERP Financial and Human Capital Management and Court System applications.  She is a primary administrator of SplashBI and has played a key role in migrating the City's on-prem SplashBI to Oracle Cloud, migrating and integrating the EBS database to Oracle Cloud and integrating SplashOC to Oracle Cloud.

John Faucher is a seasoned leader in the Oracle ecosystem with over three decades of experience in Oracle Fusion/Cloud Applications. Currently the Senior Director of Customer Success at SplashBI, he excels in data science, customer success, and business intelligence. A frequent Oracle conference speaker, John is recognized for his practical problem-solving and dedication to delivering value to organizations and users alike.

Kapil Kapur is the VP of Customer Success at SplashBI Inc., with over 23 years of experience leading global initiatives to enhance customer experience, drive revenue, and foster long-term relationships. He specializes in leveraging data analytics, AI, and SaaS products to deliver positive business outcomes across industries. Prior to SplashBI, Kapil held customer-facing roles at Oracle, Microsoft, and others, with a background in professional services, sales, and product management.

With over two decades of experience, Beth Moran has collaborated extensively with Oracle, its partners, and both prospective and existing customers. She specializes in identifying business challenges and delivering high-impact solutions that drive measurable results and ROI. Beth has successfully optimized processes across public and private sectors, providing critical data access for C-Suite executives. Now at SplashBI, she leads with a focus on data-driven insights, helping companies achieve strategic goals by improving visibility, operational efficiency, and productivity. Beth thrives on solving complex challenges and building lasting partnerships.

Aswanth Vaidiswaran brings over two decades of expertise in implementing and supporting business applications across supply chain management, manufacturing, enterprise data management, sales, and service functions, with a basic foundation in finance. Beginning his career as a developer, he has taken on diverse roles, including business analyst, project manager, architect, and advisor, across various organizations. He leverages his broad experience to drive innovative solutions in different domains and industries. Currently, he serves as the Lead of Finance Systems at DocuSign.

Eric Freiman servers as the Assistant IT Director at the City of Boca Raton.  He supports Oracle cloud in addition to many other operational applications.  He has an MBA from York University and holds his CISM and PMP certifications.  Prior to public service Eric spent time at multiple Fortune 500 companies including Republic Services and American Tower.  Eric specializes in assessment and optimization of operational process and has led multiple ERP and HCM migrations across both Public and Private entities. 

Sharath Marri serves as a Solutions Architect at SplashBI, where he champions advancements in Oracle solutions and data analytics. A holder of a master’s degree in computer science and enriched with over 13 years of industry experience, Sharath specializes in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Finance, and Supply Chain Management. His journey from developer to senior manager across multiple companies underscores a rich tapestry of technical expertise. At SplashBI, he now helms SQL Connect, focusing on continual innovation and enhanced user experiences in the realm of data analytics.

Advitya Patni is a Customer Success Manager at SplashBI. She leverages 6+ years of experience turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. With an MBA in Strategy and a background in Computer Engineering, she blends strategic and technical expertise to deliver customized solutions and build strong, lasting client relationships.

David Wright manages the Solution Specialists team at More4apps and assists the Product Development, Customer Support and Marketing teams.  With a real commitment to the Oracle ERP space, he is currently the Co-Chair of the Oracle Applications and Technology User Groups Editorial Advisory committee.  David joined the More4apps team in 2005 when he returned to New Zealand after spending several years abroad as an Oracle ERP Consultant.

As SplashBI’s Technical Director, his duties span product development to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications reporting. He excels in integrating and managing critical business software, whether cloud-based or on-premises. Starting at Oracle, Sumit has become a recognized figure, frequently speaking at Oracle User groups. His expertise fuels SplashBI’s drive towards innovation and excellence.

Accomplished product owner and People Analytics expert with a strong background in HR, talent management, and recruiting. As a business and data analyst, I’ve addressed issues in talent acquisition, diversity, and turnover, developing effective remediation plans.

With extensive experience in full stack development and architectural design, I’ve led transformation teams across sectors like retail, telecommunications, and government. My focus is on solving business challenges at scale using open source technology and Agile frameworks, consistently delivering value and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Jateen is an experienced and enthusiastic Oracle E-Business PRINCE2® Practitioner, with a balanced blend of functional and technical expertise. He possesses in-depth knowledge of the Oracle toolset and applies it across a wide range of commercial industries. Jateen has extensive experience in data conversions and interface strategy deployment for Oracle R12.2, and has successfully implemented and rolled out solutions in Oracle ERP-based environments. Additionally, he actively researches and evaluates ways to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.

Hari is an engineer by qualification, a visionary dreamer, and fun by nature. He believes that the most gratifying work occurs when engineering transforms dreams into reality. Hari proudly serves on the core technology team, solving complex problems with simple solutions powered by data and cloud technologies.

He has been a keynote speaker at Oracle OpenWorld and has spoken at numerous conferences, including AWS re, MySQL Connect, customer panels, and various meetup groups. Hari is committed to continuously evolving professionally by seeking new opportunities that challenge and expand his skills.

Kiran is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Architect of SplashBI. With over 20 years of industry experience, Kiran has been instrumental in the design, management, and implementation of SplashBI core technologies and business practices. Toni leads various HR teams at Avanos including Payroll, HRIS, HR Data & Process, and the HR Service Center. She has a deep background in HR practice and information technology. Data management and data visualization have been a passion for many years. Toni created an HR data warehouse and HR dashboards long before any standardized visualization tools were available in the market. She has watched the analytics market evolve and is excited to leverage delivered tools to help display the data so HR can focus on telling the story behind the data.

Toni holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in finance along with several certifications in HR, Business Analysis and Information Technology.

Eric is the head of HRIS and manages all-things SAP SuccessFactors at Avanos.  He has 15+ years of experience in Human Resources overall, including 9+ years specializing in HRIS/HCM functional project support and leadership.  He has experience supporting organizations of all sizes in meeting their strategic HR Transformation objectives and goals utilizing the SAP SuccessFactors HXM suite of products, with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions. His deep HR practitioner and business process knowledge spans across multiple HR functions in various industries.

Eric earned his B.B.A. in Management from the University of West Georgia and his M.B.A. in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Go Jackets). He is also a certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.

Brianne Minnich, is an HR Professional with 8 years of experience supporting multiple entities across the globe. During her career growth she became passionate about the data behind the operation learning about gaps around Talent Intelligence. Most recently, Brianne joined SplashBI as their HCM Solutions Director meshing her passion for data and HR experience. Brianne will specialize in -Educating other HR professionals as well as the internal team at SplashBI, growing the excitement around HR Analytics and enhancing company’s knowledge about their internal and external people analytics.

Manjari is a seasoned Senior Manager specializing in HR Analytics with over 14 years of industry and consulting experience. Complemented by a Doctorate in Machine Learning & Analytics, she excels at transforming 'statistics' into 'strategy' within the HR domain. 

Gus Caravalho is a California native living in Washington DC. He has worked in local government financial and performance management for more than a decade and is the creator of many, many Excel spreadsheets, as well as Arlington County’s modern data platform, Arlington View.

Seef Muller is the Chief Delivery Officer at APPSolve Pty (Ltd) in South Africa, bringing over 26 years of expertise in Oracle consulting.

As an experienced Oracle Solutions Architect, he leads all Oracle project delivery for the company, specializing in Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations.

Seef has worked across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and South Africa, advising clients on Oracle Cloud solutions, business process design, and IT strategy.

In addition to his technical expertise, he plays a key role in driving business development and sales, contributing to APPSolve's growth.

Seef holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Statistics and Accounting from the University of Pretoria.

Rishabh Miglani, Director Alliances EMEA & AsiaPac, is a techie by heart and loves solving Data problems. He has extensive experience in working with customers to resolve their reporting and analytics needs for Oracle Applications. Rishabh has also worked with several Big data projects in the past and has helped many customers put in place reporting and analytics strategies based on industry-recommended best practices.

Sherri Bogue, our Solutions Manager at SplashBI, brings 30+ years of diverse experience in finance and compliance, including key roles at Tampa International Airport, PwC and KPMG. Specializing in government and non-profit sectors, she has a rich background in financial operations, expatriate tax services, and audit. Sherri's expertise in coordinating international tax matters and her leadership in financial compliance have been instrumental throughout her career.

Allison Harn serves as a Solutions Manager at SplashBI.  With over 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP systems and a master’s degree in Data Analytics, she is able to engage with clients to develop creative solutions to meet business needs.  Prior to working at SplashBI, Allison was the Sr. Analyst at a chemical manufacturing company where she leveraged SplashBI to reduce costs and increase product quality.  She has a lean six sigma black belt and a passion for leading data-driven improvement projects.

Marc Ramos is the Chief Marketing & Alliances Officer for SplashBI. With over two decades of executive leadership, professional speaking, and real-life sales and marketing experience, Marc brings his innovative views to the SplashBI Team. Throughout the years, Marc has served in various roles, including General Manager, CMO, and Vice-President within the technology/software industry. Having built and managed dynamic teams, his philosophy continues within the next generation of leaders and marketers. Marc has served as Vendor Relations Chair on the OHUG for the past several years.

Christina Crowley is a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in relationship management, specializing cultivating strong strategic partnerships across the C-Suite. Armed with an MBA, where she studied Customer Delight and Business Analytics, Christina thrives in the overlap of People-centered, data-driven solutions. This unique blend of analytical acumen and customer centricity translates perfectly to her role as SplashBI’s Channel Partner Manager where she is focused on helping executives unleash the power of their People & HR data to help drive business growth. Her strategic mindset, combined with her deep understanding of client needs, allows Christina to identify opportunities for synergy and help clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their business objectives with confidence and clarity.
